Technical Project Manager

Medkeeper is looking for a Project Manager to support its rapidly growing solution. The project manager is accountable for managing the team’s resources to ensure product implementation and customer support exceed expectations.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Conducting technical meetings with clients, and providing written and verbal communication between the internal and external teams
  • Act as a liason between the internal and external clients
  • Responsible for leading in project implementation and customer service with clients for the company’s software solution
  • Responsible to assist in client retention strategy
  • Develop proficiency in troubleshooting client issues & bringing appropriate resources to resolve problems efficiently
  • Establish and execute operating procedures for product implementation and customer support to improve customer satisfaction


  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant business experience; preferably in the hospital pharmacy setting
  • Project management experience with healthcare information technology is preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the management and implementation of IT solutions is preferred
  • High energy, initiative, strong ability to proactively analyze and solve problems
  • Strong relationship building skills and service-orientation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in life science, business administration, or related field is preferred
