VA Hospital Implements MedKeeper’s Documentation Solution (4/23/2008)

A midwestern VA hospital has selected MedKeeper’s RxRounds Interventions clinical documentation solution for its 400+ bed facility. The hospital will implement MedKeeper’s pharmacy interventions, adverse drug event, medication error and medication area inspection documentation and reporting system. As part of the agreement, MedKeeper will also develop a custom, web-based version of the VA’s adverse drug event forms and reports. The agreement was excecuted under an exclusive arrangement with Tampa-based Gold Standard, Inc..
